Street racing accident turns fatal in Ogden Canyon

Police say one person died Thursday afternoon after two cars were street racing through Ogden Canyon near Pineview Reservoir. Authorities say a group of high school teenagers ages 16 to 18 were racing when one driver lost control and killed 16-year-old Mayra Serrano. It happened about 2 p.m. on Highway 39 near the spillway.
